Does StudentVUE show your GPA? ›

Under the Student Performance section statistical information is displayed regarding testing, GPA, and Class Rank.

Grade Calculator: "Automatic" Function: The user has to open the popup, and press the "Grade Calculator" button while a StudentVUE Class page is open in the browser. The user inputs the information about the imagined assignment, the points earned, points possible, and weight of the assignment.

Attendance data is updated on a daily basis.

Click on Grade Book in the menu on the left side of the screen. At the top right of the screen, click to select either MP04 or MP08 Grades. NOTE: MP04 Grades will show CA1 assignments; MP08 Grades will show C2 assignments. Click on the link for CA1s or CA2s depending on which marking period you are in and want to view.

A 3.4 is on the verge of an A- and demonstrates consistently good test-taking, studying, and research skills. A 3.4 is comfortably above the national average GPA for high school graduates and is considered competitive at most colleges and universities.

The answer is No. The national average for a GPA is around 3.0 and a 1.5 GPA puts you below that average. A 1.5 GPA means that you've gotten only C-s and D+s in your high school classes so far. Since this GPA is significantly below a 2.0, it will make things very difficult for you in the college application process.

On the GPA tab, the Student Course History screen provides the student's GPA and overall class rank. This tab displays all GPA definitions that have been set up by the school or district.

The standard average is calculated by adding up all of the grades and then dividing by the entire number of grades, whereas the weighted average is calculated by multiplying each grade by its weight, adding up all of the weighted grades, and then dividing by the total weight or credits for each module you study.

Add up the total amount of points earned, and add the total points possible. Divide total points earned by total points possible and multiply by 100 to find your final percentage and grade.

Pass/No Pass Grading

A grade of “P” (Pass) represents satisfactory achievement which would have been graded C or better on the regular grading scale. A grade of “NP” (No Pass) indicates unsatisfactory achievement which would have been graded with a D or lower on the regular grading scale.

How does StudentVUE work? ›

StudentVUE offers single sign-on access to student and classroom information and offers different types of communication from the school or district. Students can only see their information only and cannot see the records of other students. If your parents have a ParentVUE account, they can access your information.

For security reasons, ParentVUE accounts are disabled if a password is entered incorrectly more than three times or when students linked to the parent are withdrawn from school. To re-enable your account, contact the school office during regular business hours.
